Terms of service
Inspectra provides tools for drivers to capture inspection evidence and for dispatch teams to review, approve, fail, or request resubmission of vehicle checks. The service is intended to support operational decisions, not replace professional judgement, statutory inspection duties, maintenance procedures, or a dispatcher's final decision.
Customers are responsible for creating accurate user accounts, assigning vehicles correctly, configuring inspection zones, and ensuring drivers submit truthful and complete evidence. AI-assisted review can highlight likely issues or image-quality concerns, but it may be incomplete or wrong. Dispatchers and fleet operators must apply due diligence before releasing vehicles for use.
Users must not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another fleet's records, bypass authentication, abuse messaging, or interfere with the service. Access may be suspended for misuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirement. Production customers should replace these starter terms with legal terms reviewed for their company, jurisdiction, billing model, and data-processing obligations.
