Inspectra collects the account details needed to operate driver and dispatcher access, including names, email addresses, roles, vehicle assignments, inspection submissions, uploaded evidence references, review notes, and message history. We use this information to provide the inspection workflow, keep an audit trail, support account administration, and protect the service from misuse.
Uploaded evidence is stored privately and should only be made available through controlled application access. Operational emails may be sent for account, inspection, or message notifications when configured. Inspectra does not require advertising trackers to run the product. Customers are responsible for ensuring driver and fleet data is entered lawfully and that internal retention policies match their compliance obligations.
Users can request correction, export, or deletion of personal data through their account tools or by contacting the fleet administrator. Some records may be retained where needed for safety, legal, fraud-prevention, or audit obligations.
